DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/MANAGER – BUENA VISTA TOWNSHIP is seeking FT or PT experienced professional with technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to effectively manage and guide the Department of Public Works. The position entails planning, supervising and directing all aspects of public works including, but not limited to: Roads/Drainage, Parks, Building and Grounds, In-House Construction, Fleet Maintenance, and snow removal. The candidate must be proficient in customer service, budgeting, planning, and personnel management skills. At a minimum, candidates must have five (5) years of experience in the administration and supervision of municipal public works. Candidates must possess a valid Certified Public Works Manager Certification. A valid NJ driver’s license with is CDL CLASS A required.
